HI all, my first post
First of all, i know its bad news about the FIT, but i have my assessment coming up in January and im thinking positive about it all, im in it for the long haul and the future is without a doubt going down the GREEN route!
I was hoping for some help with choosing my first system, do you mainly choose pre-made kits e.g Dimplex who offer the whole pack including roofing kits etc specific to roof type,
Or do you choose the items individually?
I am a competent electrician but having never installed anything solar before its quite hard choosing the right/ best stuff.
Obviously you can only get what you can fit on the roof, so after measuring to you refer to specific manufacturers for module sizes? to see what will fit on?
what sort of price would i be looking at materials wise for systems 2.5-3.5KW roughly?
Any help would be much appreciated from all of your superior knowledge in the field.
Many thanks sin advance
