No adjustable option but most people never tilt their adjustables anyway!
I usually go for tiltables, not only because I think they look a little better, with the concentric ring around the lamp, but mainly because they generally require a bigger cut out, one that I can get my hand through and up into the void.

Although not a fan of tiltables (unless in genuine need), I do agree that bigger downlights look more generous. I've personally gone for ≈60 JCC Fireguard XL anti-glare white IP65. Wrongly ordered the standard size initially but then canceled the order lol
