prescbed safe zones

Quoted a job today one room RFC sockets have been specified by client at 700mm up wall due to partiall sightedness now before i get the book out am I right in saying that a direct line between sockets on the horizontal and from the centre vertical is taken as a safe or prescibed zone

correct. horizontal or vertical from accessory. or, if going up and over with no access above ceiling, within 6" of ceiling is a safe zone ( till plumbers/wood butchers/muck spreaders/kitchen fitters turn up, then nothing's safe)
