Install 1x 15way dual RCD metal MK consumer unit

Install mains gas and water bonding

Testing and certification on completion and after full payment is received

Install 2x d.sockets below consumer unit and 1x 4ft LED strip light+ 1gang switch

Kitchen

18x downlights -to be on 1 dimmer

2x pendant lights over island- to be on 2nd dimmer

13x d.sockets (amount TBC- Appliances to be on grid setup as below)


1x 45a cooker circuit+ isolator switch

1x gas hob circuit+ isolator switch (different if electric)

1x s.socket and isolator switch for microwave

1x s.socket and isolator switch for washing machine

1x s.socket and isolator switch for dishwasher

1x s.socket and isolator switch for tumble dryer

1x s.socket and isolator switch for fridge/freezer

1x s.socket and isolator switch for extractor hood (duct/vent to outside to be provided by builder)

1x s.socket and isolator switch for heated tap

-All above isolator switches to be hidden in one cupboard with white plastic finish (Grid Switch)

1x mains power smoke detector (+1 on 1st floor landing)

5x IP65 downlights+ wall switch outside

1x shaver point

1x 6amp feed for mirror

1x fuse spur+ digital programer + 3m2 UFH kit- builder to ply/self level compound etc

1x fuse spur for towel rail

1x extractor fan+ isolator switch above outside door- (duct/vent to outside to be provided by builder)

Loft Bedroom

9x d.sockets

7x downlights+ 2way switch (by bed and by door)

2x standard Coaxial aerial outlets (TBC- where these are to run back to?)*

2x CAT5 data outlets (TBC- where these are to run back to?)



Loft Storage

1x 4ft LED strip light+ 1gang switch

1x d.socket for TV aerial amp (TBC)- amp not included

Just out of interest, are these all going on an RFC, or as some people like doing, on their own individual Radials?
