Price fixing

Friday i went into a wholesalers that we've been buying equipment from for the last couple of years to pick up some mounting kit and a few other bits. I then get the invoice and one item has gone up by £25 a unit so I query it and was told the manufacturer has given them a minimum price to sell at and if they sell it any lower they will no longer get supplies. I thought about all the other occasions this has happened over the last few years and one wholesaler is always involved somewhere along the line. I believe that their buying terms include a minimum selling prices set across the board. It's illegal and cost us all a lot more money than it should. I may make a complaint to the OFT about it.
