I can't stand them. We've had loads go faulty.

If a neighbour buys something that conflicts with them then they need reconfiguring. If your customer isn't clued up then you end up having to go back to them. I won't be installing any more of them.

I had the same with the Watsons

Finally got a customer who meets the D rating. We were more expensive than the other 2 quotes but we'd done 2 of his friends houses and came with good references. Had to drop the price to £7,400 for kwp Yingli Panda. Might sound ok compared to some prices but I'm spending days talking to and visiting customers who we just can't get to a D rating.

you lot are going to slaughter me for the price we're doing a 4kWp and a 3.5kWp panasonic system at next week.

but I've had half a pallet each of N and H series stuck in our warehouse since March, and I needed to free up the cash and get rid of them before this next FIT cut.

£8250 for the 4kW inc 2 sides of scaf, and £7000 for the 3.5kW, scaf supposedly in place as it's a new extension, but the scaf looks extremely shoddy.

it's nuts, we were doing 50% sanyo systems before April, and not managed a single one since then, as we just can't make the figures stack up for them as all the other panel prices have fallen so much further.

You must be taking a loss on that:(
probably if I ran the figures based on what we bought the panels at. At todays prices we're a little above breakeven on both, but not a lot.

I've been waiting to flog them to buy another van so we can properly run 2 teams again after our original van fell apart, plus I really didn't want them on my hands come 1st August, as there was nearly a months wages for our entire team locked up in those panels.

We're not advertising them at that price as standard, but we were offering them special offer at £8.5k, and still couldn't find any takers for them.
