Hi all, new to here. I am a self employed electrician, I basically sub-contract to a bigger company mon-fri and do private jobs on the weekend. I've recently been asked to do a full re-wire of a house + new extension, and I am not too sure on some pricing IE 30A cooker supply. I usually price sockets at ÂŁ50 per point and downlights at ÂŁ35 per fitting. Could someone please give me an idea on pricing such things as cooker supply, interlinked smoke detectors, garden lighting, earth bonding ect. It would be much appreciated!

same as, point work on a price per point but for a "job" as a whole, work out how much materials would cost + 20-30% then think how long it would take and price it acording to what i want per day and how many days,
is the house occupied ? or will it be a free run?

price your cooker points and shower points at around ÂŁ80 per point to reflect the higher cost of cable and accessories for such points.
