Not sure on London prices but in the midlands i would be looking for £35 a point
£125 per alarm
£130 per ccu

so around £4k for labour, but without th espec and design its impossible to say

Don't matter how many rooms, price per item (all pvc) this is what I would price it at, but that's to not say I'm right.

£65 a socket
£65 lighting point includes all switching
£250 extractor Includes core hole
£75 shaver point
£125 smoke alarm
£125 per bond water & gas
£400 per dis board includes the tests because that's what you should do as part of the job.

Whats that come out at £6,285.00

Is this "naked" or are they expecting switch plates etc ? And if so to what quality?

What wall and floor types? could lose a lot if you have access issues!!

On site parking? congestion charges? time scale and how many guys etc

IT ALL ADDS UP !

1st fix only.

standard house in clapham area of london- floor boards and brick walls. property is being gutted back to brick.

labour - builder whos running project wants to help me cos hes studying to be an electrician.

parking permits- booklets provided by customer.

More work being taken from the part p Electricians then.

yep always the case with getting jobs of builders in my experience. they always try and muscle in on the work, trying to get my quote down by providing labour. ill just work him like a labourer and make sure he helps me out properly.
