Pricing Inspection and testing block of flats communal areas

Hi all,

This is a query about pricing for communal areas in a block of flats.
This will be carried out twice a year.
We haven't seen the job as of yet but have been told it is only a few lights and cleaners sockets.

We mainly test domestic and office locations so would be grateful to see what the goin rate is for this.

don't price without seeing them, some have alarm systems and some have emergency lighting as well. and the ones I've been doing have very high ceilings.
