Hi guys im not currently registered on a part p scheme and wondered what certificates I could present to clients after completion of work. Someone told me I could issue green specimen EIC - ICM4 form.
 
Yes you can, however more importantly, you need to understand that if you are not registered on a scheme, you will have to notify the LABC prior to you commencing the work.
