Hi ,
I am new to this forum. I am not sure if this folder is right place to submit my question. Mods, can you pls move the thread to appropriate place?
Today I saw some smoke coming out of the hob. I imm. switched it off. Then called my agency to send electrician. They say, its most likely due to water, which might have seeped in. HOw does that happen anyway? I make sure that there are no spills arnd hob.
Eletrician at the agency say , that let the water dry for some hrs and then use. It should be alright after water gets dried.
I am not sure if I should start it back again without eletrician coming and chking it out throughly.
Need advice on , if I shud try starting the hob again, without inspecting it with prfessional. And how much money would the inspetion and fixing of the prob (if there is any ) need?
