problems with cat2 louverd high frequency fittings

hi folks got a call from a customer saying that she needed 6 4ft flourescents tubes so wen i called to change them 2 out of the 4 in the fitting were flickering, changed them anyway needless to say it didnt cure it, which leads to me to believe the electronic ballast is faulty. Has anyone had problems with the balllast on high frequency fittings? apparently they've only been fitted year or so galaxy i think is the make.

sounds like the ballast yes they can go only affecting 2 lamps replace sorted probably cost less than flaffing around trying this trying that

Had lots of problems with Galaxy fittings (High Frequency T5 5Fts). The ballasts just don't seem to be up to the job
