In the process of starting on my own
Im in scotland
As like all of yous on starting up you are not a member of a scheme like select until you get some money behind you.
My idea is build up some work then join one.
However i know when doing work for a local builder in fife you can submit a test sheet with a copy of your grading card and thats fine, fife council accept that.
Im guessing perth and kinross will be the same as everyone has to start some where?
