Will any other make of blanks fit a Proguard consumer unit as the blanks are out of stock for about a month

Thanks

are they like proteus and chint. i've never heard of them. one thing i like about the chint ones is the rigid links, not like the wylex rat's nest

I don't find them that bad.... a little cheap on the plastics side, but only had one problem with one, (sheared the top off one of the earth terminal screws, no biggie) and I must have fitted dozens of them now.

The three phase versions have no sides as these come off as part of the cover whats that all about awfull product with poor teminals and poor breakers and main swiches

hasel5, with all due respect, i think you are mixing PROGUARD up with another product on the market.

Can i just clarify with everyone; Proguard do not, and have NEVER done a Three Phase version which is why i feel hasel5 may be getting mixed up with another board.
I can say this with 100% confidence, because Meteor have and have always had sole distribution of all the Proguard lines through the UK & Ireland.

For those of you who would like to give it a try, i've created a 5% discount Code for forum members. Just enter voucher code 'FORPRO5' in the checkout and it will give you a 5% discount off the already very competitive Proguard prices.

Believe it or not, sometimes people are actually put off by the low prices of the Proguard fearing a lack of quality. The reason we can do these prices is because we strive to be the Ryanair/Easyjet of the Electrical Wholesale Industry keeping costs to a miniumum so the products can be sold cheaper; here's how;
  • We buy direct from the manufacturer - no agents, no distributers
  • We are an online business, no sales reps with cars on the road (low costs)
  • We work out of one 9,000 pallet-space warehouse (no multi-branches with mulitple costs including rent/heating/insurance etc)
  • We don't offer ANY credit terms so no time wasted chasing payment or paying credit control personnel.
Also, whilst we provide a 1/2 day delivery system through England/Scotland/Wales, we are based in Northern Ireland so we have to be cheaper to get the business as we appreciate people naturally like to shop locally and can probably can get the goods quicker.

Hope this helps, hope you use the voucher code & I hope the snow stops:(
