Hello, I am a new member here, so sorry if I did something wrong.
I have a circuit: The phone jack is connected to a microphone to detect the sound in an engineering workshop, when the level of noise is high current from the microphone pass through the diode to charge the capacitor C1, some of that current will bias the transistor Q1 on. The capacitor C1 stores sufficient current to keep Q1 switched on for at least 300ms.
I have to make 50 000 of them. Each of the units will fit in a container of 50x25x75mm and have an external power supply; the microphone unit will be connected by a 3.5mm tip and sleeve jack to the phone plug shown.
I need to talk about Propose and justify a construction method. Well I already know something that first I have to make that circuit in AutoCad - to have a proper drawing.
Then For circuit building we will use that machine.
I need more information about construction method.
Thank you.

See, I am studying BTEC level 2 diploma in engineering (electronics), and I got this from my electronics teacher. I am just asking if someone could guide me through the question.

Hello L,
I suggest that you read your course notes & books as a starting point for finding answers to all these questions.
You'll start winding some people up!

:)

isnt the whole point of homework mean you have to work it out yourself...im beginning to wonder how anyone passed an exam before the internet came along..no wonder people are leaving college with out a clue..

First of all you need to know what components you are putting on your PEC (Panel Electronic Circuit) and the current capacity between componets (this will determine the width of each track). Then from this you can determine the physical size of the PEC.
I'll leave the rest up to you

Another vote for the above answers but when i was at college we used to have unofficial work groups (class friends) and do projects together and share information just like the stuff in the OP. The internet is great for searching topics now but we never had that modern way of doing it and had to read and search. Guess these old way of doing things is gone.

Laurynas take a step back and list the things you know about the question first then go through each item and and list all the flaws with each area with the design you just stated.
when you have solved the flaws with componants your almost there.
Prob not what you want to hear but we all try to take the easy route but as sort of mentioned we won't be there for the exam.
