Got a problem with a CU. Front cover won't screw on. Screws are not penetrating the holes as they have been excessively worn. How can I go about this without telling customer they need a new board because of 2 screws? Someone must have came across this>>>>

drill and plug with a couple of suitable screws..

if the screw holes are not damaged apart from being worn. shove a cocktail stick down the screw hole then screw in the screws
