Hi,

I was reading a thread about fuseboard/CU changes and Nicolas Owen talked about:

Public Protection Officers or Environmental Health Officers/Practitioners (ENOs/ENPs)

Refering to reporting dangerous electrics and people/tenants refusing your advise.

Now I must admit I have never heard of this or do it.

I was wondering how many people do this?

how to go about getting hold of local contact details?

In our council, there is nobody who will take the slightest bit of notice unless it is a public building.

or if you have the audacity to light a smoke at an open air car boot if the grass is owned by the council. then it's a capital offence.
