Can anyone recommend a purchasing app that will record all costs from materials, fuel, tools, scam schemes, the lot.
I'm sick of hunting through receipts to find out how much money im wasting !

How do you currently keep a record of purchases?

I manually store everything. I'd continue to do this but I'd like to get my hands on a package that will do this electronically and provide running totals at the touch of a button. The advantage I think too of an app for a smart phone is that costs can be added real time I.e. When I fill up the van or go to the suppliers. This could cut a lot of paperwork having to be done at the end of the week.

write a spreadsheet up on phone, you could add price in so it shows cost etc and all manor of things if you wanted to

Xero for book keeping it is cloud based, accountant can work on it at same time so bags of paperwork to drop off, most wholesalers email stuff over so you can put it straight back in to accounts, ties in bank all at same time. Also if you get internet at clients house you invoice before you leave
