Anyone know where the cheapest place to buy the 17th edition regs is and the on site guide? And should I buy it now or is there an amendment coming out in the near future?

Comes into force on 1/1/2012 (I think)

Don't a buy a red one unless you're absolutely desperate or can get one one dirt cheap.
