PV DB wiring

Anyone used this method of wiring, incoming supply feeds mcb first then rcd and out from the top to the meter.
Rcd tested fine but never come across this before.
Worst thing was that the incoming supply went straight through the ac isolator which is just to the left and into db

Yeah I did make over £5 when I weighed in all the copper showing over 4 separate jobs lol

Normal practice in Cyprus, however main to RCD 1st then to 2P MCB onto the inverter, ac isolator not required but no problem.
