We have got an install on an outbuilding which needs to be done in April.

As it is an outbuilding will the customer still require an EPC?

Thanks

It's the building that the pv generated electricity is fed to that needs the EPC so if you have a "host" barn/outbuilding but the main feed comes into the house then the house needs the EPC. If the outbuilding has it's own discreet electricity supply then the outbuilding has to have an EPC. You can't get out of it and if you've confirmed a sale without an EPC beforehand you're braver than me!

barn/outbuilding needing an EPC, would that not be dependant on if its a commercial supply etc? Im still ignorant on this element ill be honest. Havent looked that far ahead as i havent got any bookings for then yet:cheesy:
