PV Operation and maintenance manual

Hi folks,
Does anyone have a copy of a PV system startup sequence/operation/maintenance that would satisfy the MCS they could share?

This was the comment they left me....

'OP and maintenance per sec 4.5 dti to be documented'

and section 4.5 of DTi guide says...
Operation & maintenance data

Procedures for verifying correct system operation.

A checklist of what to do in case of a system failure.

Shutdown/isolation and startup procedures.

Maintenance & cleaning recommendations (if any)
