At a new build I'm doing there's a seperate boiler house that will house a ground source heat pump, hot water cylinder, water purifiers, light, socket, pumps etc. It only about 3m x 3m. I'm working on a labour only price. Do you think it would be over kill to do this in galvy trunking and conduit? I know it'll take slightly longer to do it in galvy but that doesn't bother me as I'd rather leave a good job. Don't get much work with galvy so it'd be a nice change too!

Yes it would be overkill. But yes it would be a good looking sterdy job! Give your client a labour price for doing it in galv and 1 for foing it in pvc, explain the adv and disadv and leave it to them, its their house at the end of ghe day not yours
