Just a quickie, does anybody know whether the 2357 is one of these short course 'qualifications' or can it be done properly? I did a google but still none the wiser.

Its not for me, unless it can turn my gold card into a platinum one! just something I've seen proudly advertised by a tradesman

When i done it was described to me as basically the new 2330 NVQ level 3 with a different set up

You also gain units of credit from 301 to 309 all the maths science health and safety every thing you learn in college

Course "2357" is the current apprenticeship consisting of (3-4 years) work.

the 2357 is sometimes called nvq diploma.

its bassically the 2330 electrotechnical certificate level 2+3 and 2356 level 3 nvq under one course code.

2356 is the same, its just called 2357 now.

Gopogled it this morning 1st hit 16 weeks 1 day per week, about £6k

Oh, that would make more sense as the guy doesn't seem to have a clue, had two remedial jobs from his work since october.
