Has any one else noticed the quality or lack of brand products, the amount of new stuff delivered which is faulty and you only find out when its installed and you have to go back to change it in your time. the number of faulty lamps, RCD's, MK switch fuse, the new JCC led7 downlights and PIR's. im sure only 5 years back i would get one faulty item a year but now its at least once a week, to the point where i now have to make sure i take 2 of every thing. I think i now have more stock than the wholesalers.

Yes it's frustrating at times. Anything with a warranty of over one year I won't replace FOC after one year as warranty is with manufactures and not me

PIRs and flou tubes have always been crap

I've not had any problems with any JCC or GET Ultimate accessories but the amount of B&Q/ Screwdfix poverty spec accessories you find not working (inc brand new) is quite a concern
