What are the BS numbers for different variations of the large quarter turn isolators for switching large DB's etc?
 
I dont beleive 60947-3 is correct is this not the Bs number for a CU main switch?

I mean the type like MEM Glasgow large quarter turn 3 phase isolators, the type you can lock off

Could have easily moved the isolator to the side of the meter, shortened the tails, and managed to find a grommet/gland for the CU.
