In terms of running sub-mains distribution to various dist boards on a job, what is the correct term for the earth conducto that will run with the SWA??

Any reason not to use the Armouring of these SWA cables?? I take it your distributing 3 phase + Neutal to these distribution boards...

As per E54, why are you running a redundant cpc?
Have you really thought about the design and the requirements?
I seriously doubt it is needed if the design, and installation is undertaken correctly.
There are situations where it "may" be needed, but these are really few & far between.
