Supply two rings, 2 lighting circuits, 1 heating circuit with 2 x 2kw heaters
Outbuilding is 60 meters away from supply. Was thinking 25mill to cover me but advice would be nice?

2 lighting circuits- what kinda lights, how many, total load?
Two rings- to power what, max load?

we have just done a similar job, the customer had his own cable...35mm 3 core aluminium. that was nice to work with lol but it was plenty big enough
 
if you calculate volt drop 16mm would give you 32 amp max so would go with 25mm 3 core swa will give you anything from 40 to 60 amp supply to allow for future additions
 
do it in 95mm and future proof it for ever more!

Personally i would do 240mm just to be sure:D

Idiots! And you call yourself sparks! Yeeeehaaa! I bet you rip off all your customers like this don't'cha, trying to sell them bigger, more expensive cables than neccessary! 1mm T+E will more than suffice! :D
 
Thanks for a the comments. It's just a double garage conversion for small office and toilet. 8 double sockets inside. 2 double sockets outside. 4 x standard 600 by 600 fluorescent lights. 3 x outside pit floods and 2 x 2 kw heaters
