Hi

I am trying to fill in Section (K) of Electrical Installation Condition Report. My question is when we have faults like: High Insulation resistance on a certain circuit that i know, High resistance of main bonding that i identified, Zs too high for ring, ring discontinuous and incorrect polarity for light circuits that i inspected. What do i put in the (Furhter Investigation Required) section? For these faults do i put No or Yes?

Many Thanks

You will have listed faults and defects in section F. In the tick box section of items inspected if a code is attributed to a particular item I refer it to section F. ie....'Section F item 3'.
The FI box would only be used if you were unable to reach a conclusion about an item and further investigation is required...again this could be referred to section F. In practice the FI box is almost never used as in most cases if you have coded an item no FI is needed, just rectification.
