Question regarding filling the Condition Report Inspection Schedule. Please Help.

I have a question regarding filling the Condition Report Inspection Schedule For Domestic Up To 100 A Supply.

My question is when carrying out the inspection on my examination test board there is a shower Unit with its circuits but no shower cubical and there is no bathroom or bath basin or a sink. However there is a supplementary protection. Do I need to fill in Section 6 of the report "Location Contain Bath or Shower" As there is no shower cubical or bathroom but there is shower unit?

As it is an examination test board there is not going to be a cubicle, however that said you do not need a cubicle for it to be a "bathroom" the whole test room would be defined as the bathroom and the shower would be a a shower without a tray if you were taking it literally.

There is a shower so complete the "location with a shower or bath" section.
