hey, this is a question I’ve come across revising for my 302 exam, just wondering if any one had any ideas please?

5 parallel resistors connected together, the extra circuit will make 6, overal resistance lowered.

resiistance will be less

1/r =1/60 +1/20 +1/10 + 1/60 +1/60

1/r = 3/60 + 1/20 +1/10

1/r = 3/60 + 1/20 +2/20

1/r = 3/60 + 3/20

1/r = 3/60 + 9/60

1/r = 12/60

r = 5

hey, this is a question I’ve come across revising for my 302 exam, just wondering if any one had any ideas please?

1/60 + 1/20 + 1/10 + 1/60 + 1/60 =

1/60 + 3/60 + 6/60 + 1/60 + 1/60 = 12/60

=60/12 = 5 Mohms

As golden said resistance will reduce further
