on a minor works certificate, what date do i need to put in part 4 where it says "in accordance to BS 7671:2008 (IEE Wiring Regulations ammended to: ??

How can you put a date for amendment when

1- 2008 regs did not come in to force until July 2008

2-There has been no amendments

there were corrections (a corrigendum) to the 17th edition in July 08 so strictly speaking the amended to date is july 08.
