Hello im Liam and i did Level 3 Certificate in Electrical And Electronic Engineering Technology at college but i was confused on what to do next, can i do installing? i know i got to get 17th edition.

Your 2330 is a Level 3 technical cert.
Combined with an NVQ 3 you would be considered an electrician and can run off into the sunset.

The 17th edition will be required for your wiring regulations knowledge.

You can do any work you are deemed competent to do, this will depend on your prior experience, current level of technical knowledge and pretty much if you know what you are doing.

If you do domestic work you will need to sign up to a competent person scheme (NICEIC, NAPIT etc) to carry out notifications of notifiable works, or you could contact the local authority prior to commencing the work if applicable.

You should really have a better understanding on which angle to approach the industry if you have completed the 2330 level 3. Did your training provider give you any guidance?

So can i do electrical work with my qualification? and what other ones do i need to be a electrician?

If you want to be recognised as an electrician you need to do the NVQ Level 3.

If you want to work as an electrician you should ask yourself if you know how to do it first?

So can i do electrical work with my qualifaction? and what other ones do i need to be a electrician?

There are lots of different qualifications you can gain but you need to choose you electrical direction first, also the qualifications are great accademically but work based experience is essential IMO
