Morning all.

Has anyone had any experience with the "assessor built" portfolio that Quick Step offer? Is it worthwhile?

I done my nvq3 with quickstep but I built my portfolio myself. One of palls done the accessor built portfolio, the accessor came out to site 2-3 times he gave the assessor loads of photos, drawings,manufacturer instructions,etc. he got asked a few questions that were recorded on a dictaphone 1500 quid later he had his portfolio. Mine cost me 750 doing it by myself (the only way it should be done IMO). If you have the variety of work I would save yourself 750 sheets and build it yourself it's not hard just boring and repetitive.
