Quotation template & Costing, estimating spreadsheet

Hi all I was hoping I could get some help I am looking for a professionaly looking quation template to give to my customers also I am wondering if anyone also has a simple job estimating spreadsheet that they could send me..... I am not a sparky we are starting our own construction company but I dont suppose it would be much work to edit the docs to work for us, thanks.
