r.c.d. disconnection times.for a m.k. consumer unit.

hi there does anyone knowthe tripping times for a m.k.sentry 63 amp/2 pole/30mA r.c.d.device,it is part of a 8 way m.k.consumer unit,i am not sure if this device as a time delay incorparated,the number on the front of it is say's m.k.sentry /63 amp/5760s,your help would be appreicated,cheers john.:crazy:

ok ive changed it took socks off and counted my toes ,with a live wire ouch = 10ma arghh = 20 ma arrrrghghghghghghg = 30ma and aaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhh = 40ms thank god it tripped

That was out of left field Nick? MK5760 is a conventional BS EN 61008, 30mA RCD, so should be 40mS @5xIn (150mA) and <300mS @1xIn (30mA).

It's not time-delayed.

All MK RCDs seem to have an 'S' in their number.

Should be less than 300ms @ 30mA and less than 40ms @ 150mA
