Hi all Im new to this site so bare with me if im in the wrong place, Your help would be very much appreciated,
I have a ring main in a house and im testing r1 r2 rn,
I get 0.48 ohms on r1 0.48 ohms on rn but also get 0.48 ohms on earths, which is wrong as it should be 1.67 times that of r1 and rn i have been round every socket and all connections are tight,
it is 2.5 twin and earth with 1.5 earth wire not 1.0 earth wire,
Thanks

Wouldnt worry about it prob Supp bond, heating etc creating a par path - providing ir and zs is ok

If it had a 1mm cpc readings would be 2.5 greater not 1.67 although im sure you already know this
