Hi, here's a just for fun question. What was the cheapest medium spec 15 panel system (3.675 - 3.75Kw) at the 47p/kW rate?


(Low spec would be cheap panels and inverter
Medium spec would be good panels and inverter
High spec would be Sanyo/Panasonic, Sunpower panels and Solar Edge inverter etc)

Depends wether you mean prior to 2nd March 2012 or 11th December 2011! The 'Golden Systems' were considered to be those installed in Feb, cheaper prices higher FIT.

However although an interesting question, today is a better investment even with the redcued FiT than this time last year. As the typical IRR is similar and you've spent considerably less capital which now means that you can do more with it
