Raven Monitoring

A tender document is asking for -

"The system to have remote monitoring capable of sending data suitable for both Ravens monitoring purposes (to send to Raven) and for the purposes of the energy supplier paying the FIT send OFGEM requirements in an appropriate report format."

I've never heard of Raven monitoring and Google isn't coming up with much info. Anyone know what it is?

Is it the name of the company that is the final end user.

As with all tender documents - NEVER speculate, if you need clarification, speak to who issued the Tender - how big is the system if they have to send data to Ofgem - presumably it's a roo-fit system then?

Never heard of 'Raven' monitoring either so you'd need to go back to the issuer of the tender for clarification. I'd imagine you'll need to provide metering with datalogging capabilities probably in ASCII and the ability to communicate via a modbus TCP driver. This is pretty much the industry standard for SCADA systems.

We looked at a quote that asked for this a couple of days ago, our one refered to Raven Trust In Surrey, not sure if its the same one??
