I have just fitted a new D/B with all RCBOS there were 3 rings 1 to a cylinder and a few lighting.

All tested well apart from last ring which has no continuity on the neutral but when I pull 1 leg of the neutral out (to find Break) my polarity checker gives me an earth/live reverse fault.
When I put back the leg it returns to normal!

The only thing I can think of is I have the wrong leg connected hence no continuity but why is there a L/E reversal?

Any ideas?

Never trust a martindale, if thats what your using. Majority don`t dettect n/e reverse. It sounds like this is the problem just no neutral at outlet

They ought to be able to check for the voltage going completely off using one MCB off at a time to confirm that. That would be my assumption...
