testing a 40A rcbo on a shower today and got >400ms at x1 is the rcbo knackered i removed the load and tested it and it still did it, i dont want to get another 1 and it do the same thing.
IR was >299Mohm
Zs 0.16
Ze 0.11

Press the button on the RCD first see if it operates could be stuck did it trip on x5

test button worked, x5 was 40ms with no loads connected

Looks like the RCBO is operating right at its limits ,x1 should be <200 ms , could be a good idea to replace it

check you,r tester is not set to 10ma. i have done this. wont trip on 1x will trip on 5x. wasted an hour like this. doh!!!
