Hi, I have a hot tub, it is 16A and I received a 63A 3 way circuit breaker. Is it ok to use it? will the breaker with capacity of 63A trip when only the 16A go wrong?

don't know what you mean . are you saying its a 63A 3 phase? is it RCD or MCB. need a bit more info.

If the breaker says 63A on the front then that's the current it will carry without tripping. Does the breaker have a test button on it? If it does then you can use it for RCD protection but you'll need another breaker in the circuit for overload protection. It's worth noting that the MCB you use for overload protection is rated according to the supply cabling you're using, not necessarily the appliance on the end of it, ie the hot tub.
