I was told that the horse has a lower dangerous voltage threshold, maybe as low as 25V.
Is it the metal horse shoes?
The front to back legs can't be much wider apart than a bull/cow.
Can anybody confirm this and is it stated anywhere?
If so is a 10mA RCD safer?
