RCD on E7

Hi can anyone tell me if we are suppose to put an RCD on night storage heaters or will damp on the elements cause probs with tripping

There shouldnt be any damp on the elements i would hope!

However, it all depends on the installation methods of the cables.

If they are chased in less than 50mm from the surface then they must be RCD'd

Thanks the cable will be in floor space and then in trunking
