Rcd protection for underfloor

Please can someone inform me what rated Rcd would be used for an underfloor heating in a bathroom?

The rating of the RCD should be equal to or greater than the CPD used for the UFH.

Ok, in a bathroom I was aware that a 30 mA RCD should be used, but was not sure If this applied to the underfloor heating, what if it was in a living room, would the rating of the RCD be different.

If it was in a living room, there would not be any requirement for RCD protection.
As such the rating would be up to you.

RCDs ... shall be used as disconnecting devices.

If it was in a living room, there would not be any requirement for RCD protection.
As such the rating would be up to you.

Thank you Laurie your quite right the amendment did include the phase "Low Voltage" which was not in the original BS 7671-2008

So SELV and PELV no longer require RCD protection even in a bathroom.

Is the UFH SELV or PELV?
is the UFH supplied from a low voltage circuit?
