rcd reading

Hi guys. When testing an rcbo for tripping times I was getting a reading of 0.0. how is this possible?? I disconnected load but reading stayed the same. I did a ramp test and this was ok. I replaced rcbo but can't explain the reading. How ever I only tested at the rated current.cheers for any advice

Hmmm never installed that make I'm sure someone on here has tho.
