REAL audit letter

I read yesterday that finchy had just received a letter regarding his real audit in April. Well this morning I had a phone call from a friend in Norfolk saying he'd just just received his from May. I got home to find mine Certainly on the ball that lot.

The leaflets they sent are mentioned in the audit as is the fact we have six weeks to comply with their demands that we use their online training for sales staff.

And that add their logo to my paperwork. A website link to their code.

I use the same qms as my mate and it appears we have different things to rectify:banghead: Probably because we had different witches doing the audit. So we are going to compare them over a few beers and kick up a stink if they are substantially different.

Same happened to me - they claim to be auditing 1 in 3 every year, I just find it interesting / strange that all the outspoken ones of us pushing for better / higher standards have been audtited THIS year .....
Seeing as we focus on commercial, they told me I MUST change my front page on my web site to look more commercial as they thought it attracted domestic buyers also. Ironically becasue of our work we don't need to be members of REAL and told them so, however becase we are ... they insisted the Real logo on our site link to their FRONT page, whereas a normal domestic installer should link to their regsitration entry..
