REAL audit

I received this email yesterday

Dear Mr Stone

As you are hopefully aware, Solar Savings has been selected for an audit under the REAL Consumer Code. A letter explaining the scheme and requesting information was sent to you in January and I am now seeking to arrange a date for the audit visit. An audit usually takes 3 to 4 hours.

I was not really surprised to read "As you are hopefully aware" of course I wasn't and neither was she by the sound of it. The only letters I've ever had from them were certificates and letters asking me to renew membership and the 10% inducement if I did so quickly.

As this audit is due in mid April I may well be showing her the door before she gets to sit down if things don't pick up soon.
