REAL leaflets

I've had some come through the post with a message saying they are to be given to prospective customers together with the quotation. So I've rung a couple of friends to see if they have received any, they haven't. Have any of you?

I'm beginning to think that really don't like being called bitches, sorry witches and that they have a pet toad on the open forum running back with tales to tell.

actually that's a good thing if you use their deposit protection scheme etc.

we had to ring and request them, but people like having a colour leaflet from real, makes you seem more official and explains the protection schemes for you.

Get this I had a REAL inspection in April which went really well. Couple minor points which really was for clarification. Now I get a letter saying I've got 6 weeks to respond to the issues raised. They are so minor you wouldn't believe it, eg examples of documents for visually impaired, adopt their contract, confirm whether my customer account is a proper customer account, confirm whether the insurance backed 10 yr gtee is transferable, insert a picture of the roof showing exactly where the Pv is going (I already had a 2d plan with compose).

What complete cr4p ! Chasing me for silly point rather than striking off the rogues.

Oh also an example of my complaints log, I have a process for complaints taking the msc and real best practice. But don't have an actual log as I've never had one. Bonkers !! That's more of a discussion which I said at the visit I would create one if I have a complaint to track the complaint.
