Recessed wall/floor level lights..internally set in a block wall, any ideas please ?

Customer would like something similar to this....

But quite pricey..... anyone fit this sort of thing maybe give us a couple of alternatives.

They're going internally recessed in block wall 100mm thick, just to give an effect more than a light of any use.... some sort of LED maybe would be good.

Wouldn't be so bad if it was a stud wall lots of options then,
